Adam is a final year PhD student in the process of completing his thesis. He graduated from the University of Nottingham with a BSc in Biology and went on to study an MSc in biomedical science at the University of Hull. During his PhD he worked at UCL and the University of Pennsylvania, studying various aspects of early development. This included research projects on somitogenesis in the chick embryo and how the first cell lineages are established in the preimplantation mouse embryo. His interests include microscopy, image analysis and bioinformatics.
